marketing leadership & strategy

Every engagement starts with the same question.

What's working, what isn't, and what do we do about it? The format changes depending on where you are and what you actually need. The starting point doesn't.

I intentionally limit this work to three clients at a time. This is hands-on, high-level strategy work, not volume-based consulting. If you’re reading this, there may be an opening available. The fastest way to find out is to reach out.

  • Marketing Consulting

You need clear direction on your marketing but you're not ready for a multi-week engagement. Good if you want experienced eyes on your business, three concrete priorities, and a plan you can act on this week.

  • Marketing Diagnostic

You've been doing things and getting mixed results. You want a clear picture of what's actually happening before you invest more in fixing it. Good if you're not ready for a full engagement yet or you want to test how we work together first.

  • 90-Day CMO Engagement

Your pipeline is inconsistent, nobody owns the strategy, and you want someone to actually lead it rather than hand you a deck. This is the full engagement: diagnosis, strategy, momentum, and clean handoff.

  • Group Coaching Program

You want to go deep on your marketing strategy without the one-on-one price tag. This will be a small cohort with real feedback and the same framework as the private engagement. Designed for long-term sustainability, not a quick fix. Join the waitlist to be first to know.

02 the session

We spend 90 minutes working through your business together. I ask the questions and you tell me what's been happening. I tell you what I'm seeing as I'm seeing it. By the end of the call, we've named the three things that will move the needle most for you right now.

01 pre-work (before the call)

You complete a short intake covering what you're currently doing, what's been working, what's been frustrating, and what you want to figure out. I review it before we meet so we spend the call in real strategy work.

03 the action plan

You leave the call with a one-page action plan with your three priorities written out. You also get a short follow-up video walking you through it.

Marketing Consulting

Your marketing has hit a bottleneck and you're not sure what's causing it. Maybe leads have slowed down or you've tried multiple tactics and nothing seems to move the needle. Maybe you're busy every day but aren't seeing the results you expected.

The challenge isn't usually a lack of effort. It's that when you're inside your business every day, it's difficult to see where the real constraint is.

That's where marketing consulting comes in.

In a focused 90-minute strategy session, we'll identify what's working, what's wasting resources, and where your biggest opportunities exist right now. You'll leave with three clear priorities, practical next steps, and a plan you can begin implementing immediately.

04 email access

For the 30 days after our call, you can email me with implementation questions. I respond within two business days. This is built in so you can do something with what we talked about, not just walk away with a plan and get stuck a week later.

what’s included

A one-page action plan with three priorities written down, in the order you should tackle them.

30 days of email access for the implementation questions that come up after the call

The goal isn't to overwhelm you with findings. It's to give you the five things that will actually move the needle and the clarity to act on them without second-guessing.

01 pre-work (before the day)

You complete an intake covering your current marketing activities, team structure, revenue goals, and where you feel most stuck. I review everything before we get on the call, so we spend our time together in conversation, not context-gathering.

02 the dig

We go through your full marketing picture together. Messaging, channels, analytics, lead flow, conversion, team capacity, AI use. I ask a lot of questions and look at what the data says vs. what feels like it's working.

03 the roadmap

We build the priority list together in real time. What to stop, what to keep, what to fix first. I explain the reasoning behind every recommendation so you understand the thinking, not just the output.

Marketing Diagnostic

Most businesses don't need a full engagement to get unstuck. They need someone to come in, look at everything with fresh eyes, and tell them plainly what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. That's what this is.

We spend time going deep into your business, including looking at your messaging, lead flow, where leads are coming from, how they're converting, where they're falling off, and where your team is spending time on things that shouldn't require them. I also run an AI audit to look at where AI could reduce friction, speed up workflows, or handle repetitive tasks that are currently eating time.

You walk out with a prioritized roadmap. A clear, ordered list of what to fix first, what to fix second, and what to stop doing entirely. Most clients find the audit alone shifts how they think about their marketing.

04 the handoff

You’ll receive a clean written summary of everything we covered. This is your roadmap in a format you can share with your team and start using immediately. This is yours to keep and act on independently.

what’s included

A clear diagnosis of what's actually breaking down in your marketing

A prioritized roadmap you can hand to your team and start immediately

An AI audit showing where automation could reduce friction or save time

Honest answers to the questions you've been circling for months

A written summary to reference

04 the handoff

02 the strategy

We build the strategy together specific to your business, team, and how you actually operate. This is not a template, this is a real plan covering how you get found, convert, keep clients, and generate referrals. Every piece tied to a revenue outcome.

Where AI fits into the picture, we build that in now as part of how the system is designed to run.

03 momentum and handoff

We get it moving and then I hand it off. That means training your team on the strategy, setting up the systems that need to be in place, and making sure every person who touches marketing knows what they're working toward and how to measure whether it's working.

You leave month three with a plan and traction.

01 the diagnosis

I audit everything: your messaging, channels, analytics, lead flow, capacity, and AI readiness.

I find what's working, cut what isn't, and identify where the real leverage is. By the end of month one you know exactly what the problem is and why previous attempts didn't fix it.

90-day CMO Engagement

This is at the core of what I do (and the most fun). You get my full attention and three months to build something that runs. Most clients come in knowing something is wrong but not quite knowing what. By the end of month one we know. By the end of month two we have a strategy. By the end of month three it's moving and your team knows what to do and why, and they can keep doing it after I leave.

The goal isn’t to build things that require me to maintain them. The handoff is the point. Dependency is the opposite of what I'm building toward.

Group Strategy Intensive

Most group programs are just courses with a Zoom call attached. This isn't that. It's a small cohort where you do the work, get real feedback on your business, and leave with a marketing strategy that fits you rather than a template you have to adapt on your own.

We'll work through the same framework I use with private clients: figuring out what's working and what's not, understanding your real constraints, building a strategy tied to revenue, and getting your AI setup built around your voice. The difference is you'll be doing it alongside a small group of business owners at a similar stage, which means you'll also get perspective on your own blind spots that even a one-on-one engagement can't always give you.

The focus is long-term sustainability. Not sprinting to launch something and burning out three months later. A marketing system you can maintain. One that fits how you work and what your team can keep up without it becoming another thing that falls on your desk.

The next Group Strategy Intensive will be Saturday, July 18, 2026.

A few things people usually ask before reaching out

Do you do the execution or just the strategy?

Strategy and leadership. I direct, others to execute. I'm not a content creator, social media manager, or ads specialist. I'm the person who figures out what the strategy should be, builds the system around it, and trains your team to run it. If you need executors, I can help you identify who you need and what their role should look like, but the hands-on execution is not my role.

What happens after the three months are up?

You and your team run it. That's the design. Everything I build is meant to work without me. The handoff in month three is thorough — your team knows the strategy, knows how to measure whether it's working, and knows what to do when something changes. In rare cases where there's a distinct next phase and genuine energy on both sides, I offer an extended engagement by invitation. It's not automatic and it's not available to every client.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Established service businesses in the $250K to $5M range. Most of my clients are founder-led businesses in healthcare, financial services, professional services, wellness, and lifestyle. What matters more than the industry is whether the owner is ready to be led rather than just advised. The problems are usually more similar than the industries suggest.

How does AI factor into your work?

AI is part of every engagement, but not the starting point. I diagnose the problems first, get the right people in place, and then build AI into the systems to support what's already working. That might mean automating lead follow-up, handling repetitive content tasks, or building background workflows that free your team up for higher-value work. I also build AI setups trained on your actual voice so your content stays yours even when AI is helping produce it. Setting this up correctly takes real time.

What does it look like to work with you day to day?

Bi-weekly working sessions throughout the engagement. Direct access to me between sessions for questions that can't wait. I don't work through a coordinator or project management tool. You deal with me directly. I take on three clients at a time for exactly this reason. You get a version of me that's present and thinking about your business, not stretched across twelve accounts.

ready when you are

Most of my clients
come through referrals.

If someone sent you here, you already have a sense of how I work. If you found me on your own, here's what I'll tell you. I work with businesses that have tried the agency route, know something is off, and want someone to come in and lead it rather than send them a deck and disappear. If that's you, let's talk.
