12-Week Group Marketing Coaching for Rogue Valley Business Owners
Stop adding to your marketing to-do list
Twelve fixes, done in order, will bring in more than trying to do everything at once. Each week we fix one piece of your marketing foundation, from your message to your Google profile to your email list, and you get feedback on your work before moving to the next.
Tuesdays at 9 AM PT · October 20 to January 19 · Live on Zoom
Boots on the Ground is a 12-week small business marketing coaching program for established business owners in Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass, and across Southern Oregon. Each Tuesday on Zoom, you'll learn one marketing fix, put it in place that week, and get live feedback from Brigitte Boots.
Over three months, you'll clarify your ideal client and message, write copy that sells, set up your Google Business Profile and Instagram so local customers can find you, and build an email list and welcome emails. By January, your marketing foundation is built and you know how to run it yourself.

You’re doing a little bit of everything and can’t tell which part is bringing in clients.
Your Instagram looks good, but someone searching for what you do would never find it.
Your Google Business Profile is half filled out, or you haven’t touched it in a year.
You know you should have an email list. You don’t, or you have one you never send to.
Most business owners need a foundation and a few things done consistently
When the basics are in place, the rest gets easier. Posts are easier to write. People understand what you do the first time they hear it. You can see what’s working and what to drop.
So the program is built in that order. We start with who you serve and what you say, then make sure people can find you, then give them a reason to stay in touch.

How Each Week Works
01 Learn the fix
Each Tuesday opens with a short lesson on that week’s fix and why it matters for your sales.
02 Do it that week
Your homework is the fix itself: rewrite the bio, finish the profile, send the email.
03 Bring it back
Next Tuesday, bring your work and get feedback on it live, so it’s right before you move on.
*Every call is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss a week.
This is for you if
You’ve been in business long enough to know people need what you offer
You do most of your own marketing and you’re tired of guessing what matters
You want to understand your marketing well enough to run it yourself
You’re still figuring out whether your business idea works
You want someone to do your marketing for you
You won’t have time to do the fix each week
Skip it if
Already paying someone for your marketing?
You should still know the basics. Don’t hand over all of your power.
After 12 weeks you’ll understand what your employee, freelancer, or agency is working on, whether it’s bringing in business, and when it’s time to change course.
Meet Your Coach
Brigitte Boots
For years I was the only person running marketing for a fast-growing medical practice, often with little budget and no team. I did it all, and I learned to focus on what mattered and scrap what didn’t. That practice grew from 8 locations to 20+ in less than five years.
I’ve spent more than 15 years in marketing across healthcare, financial services, B2B, and retail. Today I run Lost My Boots here in the Rogue Valley. I’m direct and I’ll tell you what I see, including what to stop doing, so your time goes where the clients are.
