I want to hear about your business, what's not working, and where you want to go. You get to ask me anything too. Nobody's pitching anything on this call.

03 I’ll tell you honestly what makes sense

If I think I can help, I'll tell you how and what it would look like. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll tell you that too and point you in the right direction.

04 If we move forward, we start with a scope

We agree on what the engagement covers, when it starts, and what it costs. No surprises, scope creep, or ambiguity. Clean start from day one.
